VA signs $10B EHR Modernization contract with Cerner

No Secretary, No CIO. No problem. Late yesterday the VA and Cerner announced that the long-awaited EHRM contract has been officially signed, with VA understood to have received approximately $800 million in funding for FY 2018 to begin the contract.
