Building on prior experience supporting the 1OCIO Project, this 8(a) small business, with expertise in IT Strategic Planning and Digital Transformation, Application Development, and Program Management, has been awarded a new single-award BPA to support this US Department of Agriculture effort toward a single Customer Relationship Management application and capability that provides consistency in business processing and supports a customer-friendly interface.
